Recap
CSUFC made it two wins from two matches as they did away with Rawson Homes Raptors at the Challenge Cup.
It never looked in doubt as Alec Geelan slotted his first goal in the top grade for CSU after being rewarded for a consistent season in second grade in 2016.
Geelan cleaned up the scraps following an effort from Angus Daymond and put CSU into the lead.
More quality play soon followed for the Stags as they double their advantage off the boot of Jaydon Hannaford.
The winger was the beneficiary of some quality build up play and slotted home from a Daymond pass after on 10 minutes.
That was to be all she wrote as the two sides played out a deadlocked second half.
The final score ending 2-0 as CSU failed to capitalise on some good chances in the second 45.
